We were very thankful to have Sepideh Alimirzaee represent us. She is very pleasant, genuine and professional. Legal matters can be stressful but Sepideh explained things well and made the process easier. Would highly recommend her for your legal needs.

Satinder Dhaliwal was recommended by a friend who said he was excellent at rental/tenancy disputes. On only a phone call he was prepared to give a lot of relevant advice at no charge. The issue has not been resolved but based on his helpful advice I am likely going to hire his services. Highly recommended!

We had a condo leak which caused damage to both our unit and the unit downstairs. We were worried that our insurance would refuse our claim and wanted to get some preliminary legal advice to navigate through the process. Upon reaching out to many lawyers from other firms, the only laywer who got back to me promptly was Sepideh Alimirzaee. She was generous in taking the time to have a read of my insurance policy and gave us some solid professional advice at no charge. The meeting did not come across as a "sales call" at all. Ms. Alimirzaee was professional and approachable and I would not hesitate to retain her should I ever require legal representation in this area. Also a thank you to her assistant Manjit who was friendly and professional, and set us up with the zoom meeting promptly.
